Ice Cream Facility

Simcoe, ON – The ice cream facility needed a way to handle wastewater flows with variable loadings and fluctuating pH. An acidulation process was implemented to simplify the chemical dosing procedures and eliminate odors commonly associated with dairy processing operations. The installed system pre-treats approximately 1,000 gpm of wastewater for discharge to the POTW.
