FRC Solution
- Rotary Drum Screen – Remove coarse and fine solids prior to Equalization. This includes small pieces of vegetables, sandwiches, and other small pieces of food.
- Equalization – Homogenize wastewater for consistent wastewater characteristics. Aeration mixing is provided to prevent anoxic conditions and formation of ammonia.
- Flocculator – Chemicals are dosed to precipitate colloidal solids.
- High-Rate DAF – Float the precipitated solids, yielding clean effluent water.
- Belt Filter Press – Increase dry solids content of the DAF sludge, thereby lowering sludge disposal costs.
